A BIG THANKYOU to everyone who has made a donation. I'm really pleased to have raised £225 for such a worthy cause. The race day was a brilliant day and the Hoe was packed full of supporting people. It was the hottest day of the year so far and with temperatures over 20degrees, I was pleased with my time of 1hour 50mins. Thanks again for your much appreciated support.....it has helped me over the past couple of months and will certainly make a difference to the foundation. Look out for me next year....I may well be nearer to the front (always hopefull!!) Neil.Updates
Training ...
10th May 2009Training going really well - getting lost on some of the Saltram tracks - but usually find my way to the top of the biggest hills!
Running for well over an hour, also started some hill sprinting- hopfully all hard work should make 24th May a bit more enjoyable!!!!

15th April 2009Training underway now - and i'm already hoping that 'race' day isn't going to be a hot one!
